Pet Parade Waiver and Release of Liability:

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as

a requirement for participation in the Maynard PrideFest 2025 Pet Parade:

1. Assumption of Risk:

   I understand that participation in the pet parade involves inherent risks, including but not limited

   to injury to myself, my pet(s), or others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with

   participation.

2. Health and Vaccination:

   I confirm that my pet is in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations. I will not bring my pet to

   the event if they are unwell.

3. Behavior and Control:

   I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in an appropriate carrier at all times and to maintain control

   of my pet during the event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my pet’s behavior and will take full financial

   responsibility should my pet injure another animal or person at the Maynard PrideFest 2025 Pet Parade.

4. Aggressive Behavior:

   I understand that aggressive pets are not allowed. If my pet exhibits aggressive behavior,

   including reactivity to other animals, I will remove them from the event immediately.

5. Waste Disposal:

   I agree to clean up after my pet and properly dispose of any waste in designated bins.

6. Photography and Media:

   I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes

   by the Maynard Pride Association, Inc.

7. Release and Indemnity:

   I release and hold harmless the Maynard Pride Association, Inc., its organizers, volunteers, sponsors,

   and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur as

   a result of participation in the pet parade.

8. Compliance with Rules:

   I agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines provided by the Maynard Pride Association, Inc.

   and its representatives.
